في ميداننا خبرات ثمينة تبقى في الذاكرة ولا تُكتب. أُهبة مجلة إلكترونية فصلية مجانية بالعربية والإنجليزية، يكتبها ممارسو الطوارئ والكوارث لزملائهم. نجهّز الآن فريق العدد الأول. Our field holds hard-won experience that stays in people's memory and never gets written down. OHBA is a free quarterly electronic magazine in Arabic and English, written by emergency and disaster practitioners for their peers. We are now building the team for Issue 1.

العاملون في المستشفيات والإسعاف والدفاع المدني والجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص، وكل من يحمل مسؤولية الجاهزية.People in hospitals, ambulance services, civil defense, government agencies and the private sector. Anyone who carries responsibility for readiness.

موضوع رئيس، وتقارير ميدانية ومراجعات ما بعد الحدث، وحوار، وأرقام موثقة، وملخصات للأبحاث، وأدوات عملية.A lead feature, field reports and after-action reviews, an interview, sourced figures, research summaries and practical tools.

قواعدناOur rules

نذكر مصدر كل رقم. لا ننشر معلومة داخلية لأي جهة دون إذن مكتوب. يحتفظ الكاتب بحقوق مقاله، ويعتمد صيغته النهائية.Every figure names its source. No agency's internal information without written permission. Writers keep the rights to their work and approve the final text.

  4. توقيع وثائق التطوع الأساسية.You sign the core volunteer documents.
  5. تستلم أول مهمة في دورة العدد الأول.You receive your first task in the Issue 1 cycle.
